New Housing Update - Two and Three-Bed Houses at Bonnington Walk Development.

We have been informed by the developers of the Bonnington Walk development that the first eight houses for affordable rent are due to be advertised on HomeChoice by Bristol City Council on the cycle starting 25th February and finishing 2nd March. They are a mix of 2 and 3 bed houses.

50% of these homes will be allocated to people who meet the local connection criteria within the Lockleaze Local Lettings Policy (LLP). This means that if you are registered with HomeChoice and are eligible for the LLP, your bid will be given a higher level of priority. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your HomeChoice account is up to date and your bid is ready.
