Free Feel Good Course

A free 6 week course funded by One Planet Matters, starting on Friday 7th March, 10.30-12.30 at the Friends Meeting House Frenchay.

Bus fares can be refunded, and there is help with transport if transport is an obstacle to attendance.

This course uses the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as a framework for exploring different wellbeing practices, and uses experiential learning to enhance participant's insight into ways to apply what they've learnt to their own lives. They will also be signposted to other nature connections and volunteering opportunities in their area.

Wellbeing Practices covered:

  • Mindfulness

  • Tai Chi

  • reflective practices/journaling

  • Nature Connection

  • Food for Good Mood

  • Getting Good Sleep

  • Volunteering - social connection through helping

  • good communication skills
