Lockleaze Healthier with Nature map

Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust have been working with some of our amazing Health and Green Social Prescribers partners and they have produced this beautiful map showcasing some of the wonderful local opportunities for you to get outdoors, and connect with nature for your health and wellbeing.

The VCSE Alliance is an exciting new collaboration between the BNSSG (Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire) regional health and care system and the Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
