Remember, you can always pop into the Hub for advice or information on what’s on in Lockleaze to support your wellbeing. Currently, there are pilates classes, women’s only circuit training, aikido, gentle and accessible exercise classes, short mat bowls, and tae kwan do classes running in the Hub and St James, as well as occasional wellbeing walks.
