Accessible Exercise Has Returned!

We are pleased to be able to welcome back Accessible Exercise, but this time, based at The Cameron Centre every Monday from 11:30am - 12:15pm. Pre-Covid this group was very well attended and loved by the people that participated.

This group is aimed at those with additional needs and is wheelchair friendly too.

It costs £3.50 per person which includes their carer.

Michelle who runs the group, offers a great class, with fun music and tools to get you moving and having fun.
