Part-Time Logistics Admin Assistant

Amalgam Collection based in Lockleaze and make model cars. They have an opening for a part-time logistics admin assistant that could be either permanent at 15 hours per week @£10/hour, or for someone aged 25 or under and receiving universal credit, this could be a 6 month paid placement/training opportunity under the DWP Kickstart scheme at up to 25 hours per week and national minimum wage. Working days are Monday to Friday and start/finish times negotiable but within normal business hours (no evenings or early mornings), so the 15 hours could be ideal for someone with school age children.

The role is recording our goods in/out and internal stock movements on our computer system, assisting with the production of delivery documents and generally helping our warehouse and workshop keep on top of the paperwork (both digital and actual!).

Full training on our system will be given but applicants will need to have basic keyboard and computer skills, be reasonably numerate, have a good standard of written and spoken English, and preferably have some experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
