Planning Application Submitted.

IT'S IN!!

We are delighted and proud to announce that we have submitted a full planning application for 19 affordable homes on the two parcels of land at the junction of Constable Road / Turner Gardens, Lockleaze. See final design below.

It's been an amazing journey so far and the product of 10 community engagement events including 4 co-design workshops open the Lockleaze community. This process has driven the design from initial concept through to the final, more detailed designs submitted in the planning application. It is an example of what community-led design can achieve in providing solutions to local issues.

We want to say a massive thank you to all residents who came out to contribute, the hard work of the project's steering group and our grant funders Power to Change and Homes England.

We will now wait for a decision on our application which is due June 4th 2021.
