Can you be our new Operations Manager?

It is with great sadness that the lovely Ruth has left us to go to a new and exciting start-up Mud& Bloom and that has left us with a big hole to fill in the team. We need someone who is super organised, unflappable in the face of lots of going on, and lots of demands on your time and focus. Who wants to support a team that cares for one another and the community, who can make sure that we are professionally run and provide a safe, and high quality service to people who use our buildings and our services, and who wants to be part of the whole organisation’s exciting journey to show the power of community in making the world a better place.
