Help with your water bill

Worried about your Water Bill? 

If you or someone you know is struggling to pay their water bill, North Bristol Advice Centre can help.  

Bristol Water has a number of schemes that can help you better manage, or reduce, your water bills.

For example: 

  • If you can’t afford to pay your water bills, Bristol Water can reduce your bills to an amount that you can afford. 

  • If you’re already behind on your water bills, Bristol Water can help you set-up an affordable payment plan. This lasts for 2 years and after that,  any remaining money you owe Bristol Water is written off, no matter how big or small. 

  • If you are on Pension Credit, have a qualifying disability, or 3 or more children under 18 then, you can apply to Bristol Water for special discounted tariffs.
