Crome Constable Development Summary

Good afternoon All,

 Please see the below summary of progress on site for March:

Up and coming works this month (See below Phase Plan for reference)

Phase one :

  • Screed completion

  • Plaster boarding and skimming to commence

  • Bricklayer to houses complete

  • Scaffolds to be dropped

  • External works to begin to front and back gardens.

Phase 2

  • Superstructure block and brickwork to begin

  • Precast plank installation to first floor.

 

Other works

  • Deep drainage works to begin on constable road

  • Gulley connection work to begin back end of April. (in line with road closure dates).
