What - a - night - !!!!!!

The Horfield and Locklease Community Awards took place on Friday and it was a roaring success. Delicious food, drink flowing, singing, dancing, and a room full of members of our community.
We are really proud that some of our team won awards! Suzanne our magnificent CEO won the ‘Achiever of the year’ award & Steve and Simon, our wonderful volunteer duo, won the ‘Volunteer of the year’ award!
We are so proud of all three of you!

As well as that we we nominated across 5 categories with Maria and Alex being runners up. Thanks to everyone for the nominations.

There were some amazing nominations, and some real ‘chopping the onion’ moments when hearing all the wonderful, heartfelt reasons for each nomination.
Lockleaze truly is an amazing community full of caring, kind, compassionate, hard working, selfless individuals. What a place to be!
