Please see the below summary of progress on site for April

Up and coming works this month

• The last scaffolds will be down by end on play Monday 25th.

• Boarding and skimming is ongoing within the plots now

• Phase 2 first floor hollow core planks are due to go on first week of may.

• External works are beginning to the frontages oof phase one (kerbs , stoning up for slabs.

• Topsoiling to gardens

• Fencing works to start next week
