PILATES CLASSES

Pilates can help with your flexibility and strengthen your core and abdominal muscles, with a focus on posture, balance and stretching. Ideal for people with lower back issues or joint problems as we work to strengthen and mobilise these areas. We often include relaxation to leave you feeling energised and refreshed!

Suitable for all adult ages, genders and abilities

Great way to get back into exercise, to loosen up stiff muscles and joints, and have some fun!

Sundays at 7:30pm and Wednesdays at 6:30pm

at The Hub, Gainsborough Sq, Lockleaze BS7 9FB

£6.50 per class payable upfront for a block of 6 sessions or £7.00 to drop in on the day
