Talk and tour - Love where you live

As part of our free guided walks programme we led a Talk and Tour around some of the new development sites in Lockleaze.

This was one of the three walks we delivered that were part of #BristolWalkFest that runs throughout May.

Prior to the walk we obtained updates on most of the sites and we also arranged a talk with the Abri Senior Development Manager at the Hatchings site at Herkomer.

Everyone had questions and were very interested in the differences between the sites, the various construction methods, mix of tenure and about the local lettings policy.

We had some great discussions, met new people, learnt together and got some sunshine,fresh air and exercise.
